Welcome to part 3 of my Healing Hashimoto’s: The 5 Elements of Thyroid Health series.
In this video we’re going to look at some common mistakes people make in dealing with Hashimoto’s and some of the obstacles that you may come up against that may really prevent you from healing.
These are the biggest obstacles and mistakes that I have seen in my clinical practice and they’re probably why you’re not getting the results you want:
Let’s take a look at each one of these and I think it will become clear to you why I created this program in the first place.
Obstacle #1: There is little or no information for you out there in internet land. Google Hashimoto’s. What you’ll find are a few general information sites and some forums. Actually, the forums and support groups are some of the most valuable information out there.
The problem is, most of the forums describe things that other people have done. As you can see from my previous video, a one-size fits all approach just doesn’t work for Hashimoto’s.
Your Hashimoto’s is not the same as anyone else’s.
Discover 2 keys to learning where you are in the progression.
Obstacle #2: Healing your Hashimoto’s requires some lifestyle changes. This is really true. If you want to heal, you really have to take a hard look at your life and see where it is not serving you.
Learn that having to make changes to heal your Hashimoto’s has a silver lining and can really help you in whole bunch of ways.
Obstacle #3: Your doctor or health care practitioner doesn’t know how to properly treat your autoimmune disease. This is, unfortunately, pretty common and I can talk about this because for many years I was a practitioner who had no clue.
And this is not anyone’s fault. In medical school or acupuncture school, there is no training for this. They just don’t know the right information.
Discover the most common mistakes health care practitioners make and learn how you can avoid them.
Obstacle #4: No time, no money, nothing worked, why bother?
These are some of the most common obstacles and, actually they are all related to how you think about your condition and how you prioritize your life.
For some reason, in today’s world, many people put their health last in the list of important priorities. Well, the realty is, if you lose your health, you lose everything else.
Learn how to free yourself from these obstacles and discover how to make your health a priority. The rewards are great.
And I want to hear from you.
What’s the biggest obstacle that is stopping you from healing your Hashimoto’s?
