It is not our normal policy to give refunds. Deposits for events, programs and workshops are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase in compliance with our 30 day money back guarantee. Scheduled telephone consultations are strictly non-refundable. Progress payments for programs that are underway and beyond the first 30 days from purchase may be credited towards other services and are subject to negotiation, provided that Hashimoto’s Healing has agreed in writing.
