Chinese Medicine

Chinese medicine is the original functional medicine. The ancient Chinese had remarkable insights into how the various organ systems of the body interact.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Western medicine often focuses on a single system or part of the body and aims treatment at that. In contrast, Chinese medicine looks at how the whole body is impacted and identifies patterns of dysfunction.

It then uses natural strategies like diet, exercise, mindfulness techniques and herbs and supplements to correct these imbalances. The solutions treat mind, body and spirit.

In this section we explore a number of insights and approaches from Chinese medicine and you'll discover how to heal your Hashimoto's naturally.
